The lastlifting logbookyou'll ever need.
Cragen is a strength logbook with the speed of a notes app and the tracking of a spreadsheet. You lift. It keeps the receipts.

Swap exerciseYour Notes app knows your last workout. Not your progress.
Scrolling through "leg day 3 (new)" to find what you benched in March is not a training system. Cragen keeps every set and every PR in one clean history you can actually use.

Open the app. Know what to lift.
Your active program puts the next workout front and center, with a readiness score built from your recent training, sleep, and recovery.
- →Readiness score. Primed, Moderate, or Recover. One glance tells you how hard to push today.
- →Next workout, queued. Your program decides. You just show up and hit start.
- →Streak and trend. This week vs the last four, so a slow week never sneaks past you.
Today
Wed, Jun 10Built for the middle of a workout.
Sweaty hands, 90 seconds of rest, plates to load. Logging a set takes two taps, and everything you need to beat last week is already on screen.
- →Previous best, right there. Every set shows what you did last time. Beat it or know why you didn't.
- →Warm-up and drop sets. Real set types, not a wall of identical rows.
- →"Why this weight?" Next-set suggestions pulled from your own history, with the reasoning shown.
- →Rest timer and PR detection. It counts your rest and catches your PRs. You count the reps.

Last 225 × 5Build the plan once. Today tells you what's next.
Start from a template or build your own split. Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Full Body, or whatever your own days look like. Multi-week blocks included.
- →Starter templates when you want to lift today, not plan all evening.
- →Deep builder for multi-week blocks: plan, section, week, workout, exercise.
- →Block review and roll-forward. Finish a block, see what worked, carry it into the next one.
Hypertrophy Block
Week 3 of 6Spreadsheet-level insight. Zero spreadsheet maintenance.
Every set you log feeds your charts. Estimated 1RM over 4, 8, 12, or 24 weeks, fatigue and recovery scores, volume trends, and your full PR history.
- →Estimated 1RM charts per exercise, so plateaus show up as a flat line, not a feeling.
- →Fatigue and recovery scores from your actual training load.
- →CSV export. Your data is yours. Take it anywhere, any time.

Leave your phone on the floor.
The native Watch app mirrors your active workout. Spin the Digital Crown to set the weight, tap to log, and keep moving. It queues offline and syncs when your phone is back.
- →Current exercise on your wrist, with weight and rep input built for mid-set hands.
- →Digital Crown adjustment. 5 lb jumps without poking a tiny keyboard.
- →Offline queue. Bad gym signal doesn't lose your set.
Your PR history shouldn't vanish with your phone.
Years of training data is worth protecting. Cragen is local-first: your workouts, programs, and body metrics stay on your device by default. No ads, no trackers, nothing sold to anyone. Read the privacy policy →

Export your full workout history as CSV from Settings whenever you want. No lock-in, no hostage data.
Quick answers.
Is Cragen free?
Yes. The v1 release is free and focused on the core logbook.
Will it slow me down in the gym?
No. Logging is built around how you actually train — tap, confirm, next set. The app gets out of the way so you can keep your eyes on the bar.
What if I switch phones?
On iPhone, optional Sign in with Apple backup can restore your logbook. You can also export workout history as CSV from Settings.
Does my history carry across program changes?
Yes. Every set you log stays in your history. Build a new program; your numbers come with you.
Will there be an Android version?
Yes. Android is in testing, including Health Connect support. iPhone is live on the App Store today.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Clear everything from inside the app, or uninstall to wipe it all. You're in control.
A free workout log app for the way lifters actually search.
Whether you call it a gym tracker, strength training log, or fitness logbook, Cragen keeps the same promise: fast logging, private history, and progress you can review.
Stop guessing. Start tracking.
Track your next workout. Notes, paper, or Cragen. Just stop guessing. One of those three also counts your rest and catches your PRs.
